个人简介
赵健,教授,2013年本科毕业于浙江大学电气工程及其自动化专业,2017年博士毕业于香港理工大学电气工程系,先后任美国阿贡国家实验室访问学者、香港理工大学助理研究员。
主持承担国家自然科学基金(获优秀结题)、国家重点研发计划子课题、上海市教委“晨光计划”、上海市教委优秀青年培养资助计划(获优秀立项)、上海市科委“扬帆计划”等项目;发表SCI/EI期刊论文40余篇,以第一作者和通讯作者发表中科院一区期刊10余篇,谷歌学术总被引次数1839次;申请国家发明专利49项,其中授权发明专利20余项;获中国电力科学技术奖三等奖、中国电力发展促进会科学技术奖二等奖、中国电机工程学会电力行业人工智能技术创新应用案例三等奖。
担任中科院一区期刊PCMPS助理编委,SCI期刊FER专刊编委,中文EI期刊《电力系统保护与控制》、中文核心期刊《浙江电力》青年学术委员会委员;被评为澳门新葡官网进入网站app优秀教师,获校青年教师教学比赛二等奖,获IEEE PES协会最佳论文奖;担任TPWRS、TII等10余个国内外顶级/高水平期刊审稿人,被评为中科院一区期刊TSG最佳审稿人。

(1)学生就业情况:
所指导学生均顺利毕业,近三年共28人。其中,4人被推荐至上海交通大学、澳门新葡官网进入网站app攻读博士研究生,1人入职科创企业,23人入职国家电网公司工作(国网浙江公司8人,国网上海公司4人,国网江苏公司2人,国网山东公司3人,国网安徽公司2人,国网福建公司、国网重庆公司、国网河北公司、国网山西公司共4人)。
(2)指导学生获奖情况:
作为第一指导老师,指导硕士研究生获第十八届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛全国一等奖、上海市特等奖,第九届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛上海市铜奖,指导多名硕士研究生获上海市优秀毕业生、优秀硕士论文、校长奖学金、国家奖学金。
(3)团队提供平台:
团队和华东多省市国家电网公司建立了紧密的合作关系,可根据学生发展需求,为团队研究生提供国网运检、营销、数字化等多部门研发岗位实习平台;提供参与国家电网公司总部重点科技攻关任务、国家电网大型软硬件研发、国家电网产业单位联合研发等实践机会。
团队和清华大学、香港理工大学等知名高校保持长期合作关系,注重培养学生学术研究能力,提供发表高水平论文的学术平台,可推荐硕士毕业生赴国内外知名高校攻读博士学位,团队每年有固定名额可供研究生至清华大学团队进行培养。
